STANDARD INFORMATION FORM FOR TRAVELLERS
in the case of the sale of a package travel arrangement
Main rights of travellers under Directive (EU) 2015/2302
-
Travellers will receive all essential information about the package before concluding the contract.
-
There is always at least one trader responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the contract. This responsibility lies with the organiser – Agence Attinia Travel.
-
Travellers are given an emergency telephone number or contact details for the organiser/agency to reach them in case of problems during the trip.
-
Travellers may transfer the package to another person, with reasonable notice and possibly subject to additional costs.
-
The total price of the package may only be increased if specific costs (e.g. fuel, taxes or exchange rates) rise, and no later than 20 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the total package price, travellers may terminate the contract without penalty. If the organiser reserves the right to increase the price, the traveller also has the right to a price reduction if the relevant costs decrease.
-
Travellers may terminate the contract without paying a termination fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination which significantly affect the performance of the package.
-
Travellers may also terminate the contract at any time before the start of the package by paying an appropriate cancellation fee.
-
If, after the start of the package, significant elements cannot be provided as agreed, the organiser must offer suitable alternative arrangements at no extra cost to the traveller.
-
Travellers are entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation if the travel services are not performed or are improperly performed.
-
The organiser must provide assistance to travellers in difficulty.
-
If the organiser becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. If insolvency occurs after the start of the package and if transport is included, repatriation is guaranteed.
